Shipping
All orders will ship in 3-5 business days (Mon. - Fri.) through USPS.
During this time you will receive a tracking number emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your tracking number to update. Use the tracking number emailed to you on www.USPS.com to track your order. If you have not received your tracking number within 2-7 business days please send customer service an email with your first, last name and order number.
-We know you are excited, but please take your time when checking out any issues made at checkout with shipping address and etc., can not be fixed once your order is complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds
Due to quality control, we exercise a very strict NO REFUND policy. No exceptions. Exchange only.
Returns
In order to return an item for exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and returned within 1-3 business days of receiving the item. We will not accept the return if it has been tampered with or if it is missing its original packaging.

If there are any complications with your order, we will make an effort to contact you twice before your order is cancelled.
